My horses LOVE bisquic biscuits, I just bake them a few extra minutes to make them cruchy.

I like to take canned apple juice, boiling water, cut-up apples,and carrots and loose bran. I mix it all together in a big bowl and let let it “steam” for like 5 minutes. Then mix it again to cool it and tah da! My horses love it!!!! I just scoop it out with their feed and they enjoy!!! It smells awesome!

I actueally bought a book called “Horse Treats” and it is filled with tons of ideas. I got it on a web site for Back in the Saddle catalog but I have seen it in lots of tack shops and in many other horse catalogs.
I have used it for homemade treats and mashes and it has alot of other great tips in it too.
Its just a small book that is not expensive. I think I paid 10bucks for it . Maybe less.

I make my horses oatmeal cookies, they love them! Drip molasses on the top for an extra treat.
